Off to school

The kids love an outing, but especialy one to school to see daddy. We went to take a pizza and rootbeer float party to the kids who were part of the video lesson for one of Jason's National Board entries.

In case you can't tell my son is standing in and then sitting in this bucket... my husband is trying to guilt me into getting a pool by comments like -- it's so sad you have to swim in a bucket!!! :-)

The big bed

One of Jack's favorite things is to get on our bed.. he tells me "it's so comfy" and always invites me to lay down too--here he insisted that sister needed to hang out with him and I think she was diggin it too!!

I just love these photos... Jack doesn't look happy, but I was stealing a shot while he was watching a cartoon. I did not stage this other than putting her in his lap when he asked for her... "can I have her for a couple minutes mom?"

Jackson has decided to start calling her "good ol pal" which we aren't entirely sure where he got it, but it's funny to hear him say.

So Jack and I had plans to go see "Horton Hears A Who" and earlier in the day I asked him if he was taking me on a date and he looks at me with the silliest face and says "No YOU'RE taking me on a date." Silly Goose!

Jason and I watched the movie "The Waitress" with Keri Russell around the time that Jessalyn was born and I sing this song a lot... Jackson has picked up on the fact that she almost always stops crying when I sing to her and so here he is helping out...

She did it!!

So Saturday morning we were all hangin out and I glanced over from the kitchen just in time to see her and tell the boys to look and we all witnessed the tail end of her very first roll over from back to stomach and as it goes she then did it about 15more times that day....isn't it crazy how babies go from one day not doing something to realizing they've got it and showing off over & over!!!
