Fourth of July!!

Our 4th of July started with a bang when our daughter decided to eat some of my dad's medicine that she found when I left her with her brother & cousin for 3 minutes!! AARRGGHH -- Jason took her to the emergency room for a few hours and they had her drink the charcoal stuff, which she gobbled right down (gross!). She was such a good patient that whenever the nurse came in to take her blood pressure she stuck her arm straight out as soon as she saw her coming!! Always my little helper girl. She was completely fine of course and got to enjoy some homemade ice cream as soon as she got back. Her little tiny hospital admittance bracelet brought tears to my eyes!! We endured some nasty black diapers as the charcoal cycled through, but we were so thankful that everything was fine.. as always praising God for His hand of protection!!
