Jessalyn's 1st Birthday

I posted picts of her party, but these photos from her actual birthday (celebrated at home with just us 4) I waited to download onto the new computer so here they are... she is playing with the belts that Jack picked out especially for her. Jason asked him if he wanted to pick something and he thought of belts all by himself!

Still Playing Catch-Up

The Moses Lake Light Parade

She doesn't look that happy, but really she was having a blast getting pushed around in a toy bucket!!

Lost photos

Not really lost, but now with our new computer I was able to take these photos off our cell phone and they were just such cute photos of my boy -- can't believe how little he looks to me!!

monkey business

Does this girl take after her brother or what? I thought maybe I'd get a laid back child this time, but the last 2 months have proven she is as much a dare devil as Jack was (& is). I have another on my camera now of her STANDING on that little Lightning McQueen table...oh the heart attacks I go through daily!!! :-) A trip to the bathroom can prove dangerous if I don't plan it properly.

Sledding

While we had that great amount of snow we took advantage and thanks to my parents early birthday gift to Jackson we took his new sled and had a blast on this hill near our outdoor amphitheater here in ML.

SNOW SNOW SNOW

We now have bright sunny weather, but not too long ago we had a big old snow storm and Jack & Jason had to shovel all the snow off the trampoline. It was amusing to us that we had a ton of snow and 2 days later it was all completely gone. Moses Lake has some strange weather patterns.

Cutie Pies

I have a picture of Jackson when he was Jessalyn's age in the same oven drawer. Is that a sign that she is going to be as crazy active as him? Yikes...I'm exhausted just thinking about it! The one where Jack is feeding her I find particularly adorable because he is eating a tiny vanilla scone which are his favorite and the fact that he would share with her without us asking gives me a hope that he will always be so generous!! :-)

Saying Thank You

Christmas hugs and kisses to say thank you for the gifts they picked for each other.

My darling mother

My mom made matching dresses for all the girls and for each of their baby dolls. If you don't look closely you might confuse Briana with one of the dolls!! :-)

Christmas Day

We started out our morning with Jason's family-- opening gifts, enjoying warm drinks, and of course watching all the smiles and hearing all the squeals of happy kids as they opened things that they never knew they could live without!!! We then headed for my parents for a nice relaxing afternoon of marathon snacking and watching movies. We had a wonderful Christmas and are as always blessed to get to spend it with so many members of our families.

I had to show the picture of her in the hat even though it doesn't fit very well because I remember when I bought that hat for Brooke and it brought back sweet memories of her as a baby, but I wanted to post the other picture because Jackson's smile was so much sweeter!!!

Christmas Eve Dress

Jason's parents got Jessa this cute little dress in Mexico and we thought it was perfect for Christmas Eve Church.

Christmas Eve

Here we are getting ready to head for church on Christmas Eve!

Jessalyn Hope

Jessa found ways to keep busy while Jack was out playing in the snow....grandparents are so easy going -- Jane enjoyed sharing her kitchen with the "little pillager" as I like to call her.

Jackson Jude

Our little goof ball decided it was his job to clean the snow out from under Grandpa Rod's truck...here he is hard at work!!

Jessalyn's 1st Birthday Party

The Saturday after Jessa turned 1 we had friends and family over for some snacks and cake and ice cream.

Living Nativity

Me and my babies enjoying the Living Nativity in Wenatchee a few days before Christmas.

Just to let you know....

Most people probably won't notice, but these updates are going to be in random order. Along with the computer problems we've been experiencing we had to send our camera in to be fixed and so we have pictures on 2 different memory cards and have some on the old computer and some that we already put on the new one so I am just catching up in whatever order shows up!!! :-)

Picts for Grandma Linda

My mom made Jess the multi-colored blanket and whenever she naps she has to wrap her finger around one of the loops -- it is so adorable!!

I chopped it off....

Out of gratitude for my healthy babies I grew my hair out and donated 11 inches after each one of them.....

p.s. the date on the long hair photo is off because I took the battery out of my camera and forgot to reset it!! :-) It was in late Nov. or early Dec.
